Refund & Returns Policy

At Sonsonn Design & Print, every product is crafted with care to meet the unique expectations of our customers. Because many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Customized & Personalized Products

All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customized items, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized prints
  • Custom designs
  • Sublimation products
  • Metal photo panels
  • Any item created using customer-provided files, text, or specifications

Exceptions apply only if the item has a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.

Digital Products

All digital or downloadable products are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered or accessed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request assistance, email us info@sonsonndesignprint.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or error

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Non-Customized Products (If Applicable)

For non-customized products sold on our website:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was made by us
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Customer-Provided Order Errors

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, including:

  • Misspellings or typos
  • Incorrect images or files uploaded
  • Wrong sizes, colors, or design selections

These issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production or design work has begun, orders can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
